Pizza Artist
As a Pizza Artist at mod pizza, you're the heart of our guest experience. You'll craft made-to-order pizzas with fresh ingredients, interact warmly with guests, and keep the energy positive and fun. No prior pizza experience required — we train you.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Shift Lead
Lead your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience during every shift. The Shift Lead supports the Restaurant Manager, oversees daily operations, coaches team members, and ensures quality and safety standards are met at all times.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of food service or retail leadership experience preferred
- Strong ability to motivate and coach a team under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
Restaurant Manager
As Restaurant Manager at Mod Pizza, you own the guest experience from open to close. You'll hire and develop your team, manage labor and food costs, drive sales, and create a culture where every team member can thrive and grow.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-casual setting
- Proven track record of meeting financial and operational targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and scheduling software
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred but not required
Catering Coordinator
Manage and grow our catering business by building relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local organizations. You'll handle bookings, coordinate logistics, and ensure every catering order reflects the mod pizza commitment to bold, fresh food.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in catering, event coordination, or B2B sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM tools, and email communication
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Social Media & Marketing Associate
Help tell the modpizza story across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more. You'll create engaging content, respond to community interactions, support local marketing campaigns, and help drive awareness for our Los Angeles location and online ordering.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of social media management or content creation experience
- Strong visual storytelling skills — photography and basic video editing preferred
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Adobe tools
- Passion for food, culture, and connecting with communities online
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (a plus, not required)
